A description of the client's activity on the server in order to analyze this work and decide on a possible unblocking of the server if suspicions of malicious activity prove to be untenable.
When making a refund of the client's unused funds, AstraHosting also requests:
The reason for refusing to use the services of AstraHosting;
The client's passport data in the form of a scanned copy or passport photo in order to identify the person in whose name the refund will be made and in order to protect the client's data and funds from fraudulent actions in case of theft of access to the personal account and/or e-mail from which the client is registered on the AstraHosting website;
The details of the bank account / plastic card / electronic wallet to which the client requests a refund of unused funds.
The use of COOKIES when working with the company's website

AstraHosting uses permanent and session-type cookies.

Storage and protection of personal information of clients

All customer information, including confidential information, is stored separately from the client's virtual servers on a dedicated physical server.
Changing personal information by clients
Each client has the opportunity to change the personal information provided during registration at any time.
At the same time, all the initial data is saved in the history, as well as all subsequent data entered by the user, indicating the date and time of their change.
Upon deletion of the client's personal account (termination of cooperation), all user data remains in the database and is stored for at least 12 months or longer at the discretion of AstraHosting.
The client's responsibilities regarding the security of personal data
The client is obliged to securely store their data in order to access the personal account of the AstraHosting website, as their disclosure or compromise may result in the disclosure of the client's personal data without your consent.
At the same time, the very possibility of accessing personal information stored in the personal account of the AstraHosting website, indicating the current access data, is standard (provided) and therefore does not constitute a case of disclosure of personal data of the client as a violation of this privacy policy by us. In other words, if you have given your password to someone, it means that you have independently authorized the viewing of your personal data, since viewing data with an access password is not a violation of this privacy policy.
